Members and Builders Reigistered Before November 2020
Some of the coding on our original website was very old and no longer sustainable on today's servers, and the site was becoming increasingly non-functional. Unfortunately we were unable to get our new site completely finished before retiring the old site and existing members may encounter the following problems.Login
Our website is hosted on a new server with the latest enhanced security. Because of much improved password encryption, members registered before 1st November 2020 on the previous whisstock.com website may find that their password is rejected.if this happens, please utilize the Forgot Password link to reset your password.
You will need to enter your User Name and the email address that you originally registered with. A new temporary password will be sent to your registered email address.
Login with the temporary password – it's usually easier to copy the temporary password from the email and paste it into the Login form.
Once you are logged in you can use the Change Password link at the top right of any whisstock.com web page to change your password to something easier to remember.
If this doesn't work for you, or the email that you originally registered with is no longer available, please contact us at admin@whisstock.com and we will fix it.

Accessing Your Plans
If the web page for the design you are building is not completed yet, you won't be able to access your build plans and instructions, even though they will appear on your Design Portfolio.If this is the case please contact us at support@whisstock.com and we will immediately either make them available via the website or email you a zip file containing them.
Please be assured that your plans and instructions are not gone and will be available.
